We designed, researched, photographed, and coordinated the print production of The Alleppey Story, a coffee table book that uncovers the layered history of one of modern India’s oldest planned port towns.

The project brings together archival research and contemporary photography to document Alleppey’s architecture, waterways, and community life, tracing its evolution over time. Through a careful editorial and visual structure, the book balances narrative depth with visual storytelling—capturing the resilience, rhythm, and cultural richness of the town, while translating it into a timeless printed form.
